Large Bedroom in 3-bedroom Hell's Kitchen Apt

I have a large bedroom opening up in my 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom Hell's Kitchen apartment on October 1st for $1715/month plus utilities.

2nd floor of a walk-up building on a quiet block. The bedroom includes a window AC unit, but no other furnishings. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. Close to many train lines. Nearest laundromat is about 2 blocks away, with multiple grocery stores nearby as well.

Cleanliness and respect for each other and the space are most important to me. While I've tended to keep more to myself in the past, I'm very open to spending time with roommates if the vibe is right.

I'm gay and in my early 30s. I work in entertainment, so my schedule can be all over the place. Currently working a hybrid schedule with non-traditional hours. Strongly prefer LGBTQ+ roommates.

Preferably long-term if the fit is right.
