In Hell’s Kitchen the 2 others are very cooperative calm and helpful, work from home also out, it’s very spacious and very close to Central Park, Times Square, lots of restaurants and train stations, there’s a washer and dryer in our basement, 2 bathrooms and lots of space, I most likely will take the mattress but bed frame will be here and AC, selling mirror or taking with me depends!
You wouldn’t be under the lease but have an agreement with the one who does
