I’m relocating overseas and offering a lease takeover for my spacious approximately 550 sq ft studio apartment at Avalon Clinton, available from August 28.

The apartment offers plenty of living space and excellent storage, including a separate enclosed storage or dressing room and an additional closet. Furniture can also be left in the apartment upon request and purchased at a significant discount.

The current rent is $4,067 per month through September 30, including access to the building’s fitness centres and amenities. The incoming tenant will have the opportunity to renew directly with Avalon beginning in October at $4,248 per month, subject to Avalon’s standard approval process and lease terms.
