August 1 Move-In l $2.4K Furnished Hell’s Kitchen

Looking for someone to take over a friend’s one-year lease with me. The larger furnished bedroom is $2,400/month; I’d prefer the smaller room at $2,100.

Apartment: ~1,000 sq. ft. with a balcony, rooftop, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and gated community garden access. Across from a park with a Citi Bike station downstairs, on a quiet side street near Times Square, Penn Station, and major subway lines.

About me: I’m 25, a nonprofit executive, and Williams College ‘24. I travel every few months for work and enjoy coffee, trying new cuisines, exploring different boroughs, and going out with friends. I also occasionally host dinners or small get-togethers.

I’m easygoing and communicative—my main thing is keeping the bathroom clean! I’d love to be friends, but I also have my own social life, so no pressure either way.
