hiii! me (21F) and my roommate (22F) are looking for a 3rd person (F) for a 3b1b in hells kitchen/hudson yards area! its a luxury amenity building with a gym and is super nice! we are looking for someone to take the flex room, in the 3bed for $1950 and $95 amenities fee. the apartment doesnt allow full flex walls so itd be a bookshelf wall without a pre built door, but there would still be space for a makeshift door! all rooms have huge windows and lots of natural light and they all have the same city view! looking at a mid july move in date. ** im sorry it wont let me edit to add more pics, but happy to provide the video of the apartment as well!!
