​We are completely flexible depending on what you are looking for:

​Sublet a Room (or Both) - You can sublet an individual room or the whole place through October 11, 2026. If you love the place, you will have the option to take over the lease and renew it directly with the building after October 11th. (At that point, if you need to find another roommate then that will be your responsibility, but it won't be hard!)
​Full Lease Takeover - Interested in taking over the entire lease immediately? You can step right into the contract.
​Furnished Turnkey Option - If you want a zero-stress move-in, we are happy to hand over the apartment fully furnished right now. Just bring your suitcases.
