You’ll have your own private bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom. Please note that there is no living room, so the apartment is best suited for someone who enjoys a peaceful, low-key home and values privacy.

📍 Amazing Midtown West / Hell’s Kitchen location — surrounded by tons of restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and everything you need within walking distance. Very convenient for commuting, with easy access to multiple subway lines and just minutes from many Midtown destinations.

I occasionally dog-sit my boss’s dog, so there may be a friendly dog around from time to time. 🐶 My sister also visits and occasionally stays with me in my room.

💰 Move-in & Rent (from November)

To reserve the room, the security deposit and first month’s rent are due on October 29th. Rent will then be due on the 29th of each month going forward.
