Hi! We're looking for someone to rent out the third room in our apartment. It's a cozy, fun, clean place with three cuddly cats. We're community oriented and enjoy DIY projects. Our utilities are around 300 or so a month (100 each). The landlord and super are awesome and quick to help out with any issues. Don't be fooled by the overhead lighting in the photos, this room is super cozy! Also if you'd like it can come with a bed frame and mattress. It has a window that looks into the living room (we call it the puppet theatre) which has a lot of natural light. None of the rooms are huge but the living room MORE than makes up for it. We love a warm and friendly communal space and hope you'll reach out (my full name with an underscore in between ;) to join us!
