My lease is ending this April, and my current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I am looking for a replacement! I'm a 24-year old professional working in midtown, so I enjoy a nice < 10 min walk to work 3 days a week and WFH typically 2 days/week. Outside of work, I like to watch/play sports, go to the gym, and explore the city.
Regarding the apartment, I've been living here since Jan '25 and it's been good so far. Amenities include a dishwasher, good sized room and living room, and laundry in-building. The spot is on W 43rd St between 8th and 9th, which is a great location in my opinion, it's close to pretty much every subway line, easy to commute to work, walkable to Central Park, and there's a lot of good food spots nearby.
