Hi all! I’m subletting my room until August in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen. Available as early as April 15 through August 31 (length of stay flexible). Rent is $1,900/month plus utilities/wifi, which come out to around $75.

Preferably looking for a female in her mid-late 20s. No couples, pets, or smoking, sorry!
