My lease ends on December 31, and since my roommate is moving into his own place, I’m looking for someone who’d like to sign the new lease with me so we can keep the apartment it’s truly a great deal for the area. ( hell's kitchen 44th st )

It’s a 2 bed / 1 bath apartment with heat and water included.

Rent would be $1,925 + utilities (around $100–$120 per month) .

40x rent or guarantor.

Deposit: one month rent

The available room is on the second floor and has a closet, a window facing the street with the classic NYC fire escapes, and an exposed brick wall. The building also has laundry, which is super convenient.

A little about me: I’m 28, I work two jobs, and I’m usually out most of the time. I normally work six days a week depending on the season, and I also travel a lot throughout the year. On my days off I like to rest, so I’m very low-key at home.

I’m looking for a roommate who is respectful and easy to communicate with !
