We're looking for a new roommate in Midtown West. Our three-bedroom apartment is located in Hell's Kitchen, and we have a room available for immediate occupancy. The latest move in date would be Jan 1st, 2026, and nothing after.

About Us:
Two male roommates, both easygoing, drama-free, who work a lot. We're seeking a third roommate who shares our relaxed vibe and doesn’t work from home.

The Room:
Rent: $975/month + shared bills (approx. $75 total per roommate for electric, Wi-Fi, gas).
Move-in cost: $975 deposit + $975 first month's rent = $2,000 (includes $50 deposit for bills)
The room fits a small bed and a small desk.

Location Highlights:
It is situated in a safe neighborhood with fantastic restaurants, bars, and food stores nearby.
A park is right on the corner, and Central Park is just a short walk away. Then the west side of Hudson Park, with spectacular views, is within a few blocks.
