HK One Room = New Roomie! $1555, Sept.1st/earlier

Hi Future Roomies!

My name is Marco Lizarraga, I’m 23 years old, one year out from as a Fordham grade, and looking for one others to move into our 3-bed space (there is me and one other guy who you'd be living with). I'll be renewing the lease and so will my other roommate Ben.
The rent is roughly $1550/month. With WiFi and gas that's usually $1610-$1620 (possibly higher, but that's with the summer months). The room currently has one major, the bed. It can either stay or eventually be removed up to you.

The apartment is located in Hell’s Kitchen, close to the Hudson River (great for walks, especially in the evening), and surrounded by awesome bars, restaurants, and a great nightlife.

A few key details:

- Flexible move-in for the mid week of August (potientially an option)

- Hard move-in date is September 1st

- A $1550 deposit is required. You’d send it to the landlord. Monthly you'd send me the 1550, as historically and currently we need one person who pools the money every month and sends it electronically (split payments are a no-no).

- Cleanliness IS BIG. I would argue this is non-negotiable. I DO NOT want to have to remind people to wash their dishes, leave stuff out on the kitchen counter, re-organize the bathroom everytime I walk in, not putting shoes in shoerack (those are the big ones). Nobody's perfect, and even sometimes I leave stuff, but the starting point should be high. Also anything loud in the kitchen past 10 because there is echo and I need to sleep.
