The apartment was recently renovated and is super charming, modern, and cozy. The available room is small—it would likely only fit a bed + desk/ dresser—but you'll also have your own closet space around the corner for extra storage. Rent is $1500/month, which is a steal for the area!

We’re ideally looking for another female roommate who wants a budget-friendly place in an amazing location and is excited to live with fun, respectful, and clean housemates.

We’re two working professionals (a consultant + a startup girlie) and a Columbia MBA student.

We’re all super clean, considerate, and communicative.

We work long hours during the week and keep the apartment chill and quiet.

On the weekends, we love to host game nights, dinner parties, and have fun around the city.
