Large Room, Private Bath, Wash/Dry, Outdoor Area

This is for a private bedroom in realtively larger Manhattan Apt with a large sized room and private bath. Bedroom is 15feet by 12 feet large. Private in unit clothing washer and dryer (for our apt private).

Can provide room furnished or unfurnished. A clean home is VERY VERY important to me. Of course your private areas are your choice as far as cleanliness is concerned.

Also the pic of the room does not show but you have your own private Air Conditioner Unit in the hole under the window in the wall (does not interfere with window use). This is brand new unit that is connected to Wifi so you can control from anywhere.

It is for room and bathroom as part of a 3 bed/ 3 bath apt. Private rooftop deck with private outdoor space that has jacuzzi (private to our apt). Room will come with private refrigerator (for your personal use), coffee maker, for your personal use) and microwave (for your personal use) Overall apartment is 2 floors (and of course the kitchen has all the same).

There are two living in the apartment now (its 3 bedroom/3 Bath). 1 man and 1 women (would be 3 people total). Prefer working professional. Will consider all.
