Room available in Midtown Manhattan short term

Hi! I'm looking for a female to sublet my room in Hell's Kitchen from Dec 19-Jan 5th. Dates flexible. It's $90 per day, including utilities. The room is also available from Dec 19-Jan 5th.

The apartment location is unbeatable:
• 12 min walk to Central Park
• 15 min walk to Bryant Park
• 6 min walk to Times Square

I have one female roommate who is very respectful and kind. Her room is on the other side of the apartment so you won't be interacting with her much.

It's a super safe neighborhood and public transport is incredibly convenient:
•E & C trains are right outside the building
•N, W, R trains are a 4-minute walk
•1 train is 5 minutes away.

The building features washers/ dryers in the basement and a doorman/security desk, which is super helpful. If you need to move in a bit earlier, just let me know-I'll do my best to coordinate.

Who I'm Looking For:
• Easygoing, clean, and considerate

Essentially, I just want someone who's respectful, responsible, and helps keep the apartment a nice, chill place to come home to.
