Huge Room in Hell's Kitchen near Target

About the Apartment:

This is a great room in a great location in Hell's Kitchen beginning march 1st! (hard date) One thing to note right off the bat, the room is on 10th ave. There is street noise at times but the room is remarkably sound proofed.

That out of the way, the room itself is very large for a NYC apartment. Two large windows, with lots of morning sun and a large closet all to yourself. It can easily fit a queen or even king bed as you can see in the photos. It is essentially a studio inside another apartment.

For full disclosure the picture are of my room (forgive the messy living space), but the room being vacated is identical but a mirror image.

The rest of the apartment is also pretty large! The kitchen is a typical small NYC kitchen, so no chef meal preparation unfortunately. We have a recently renovated bathroom as well that the roommates all share. The building has an elevator! Even though we are on the 2nd floor, it can still be nice to have that option, especially for moving. The building also has washers and dryers in the basement, so don't have to worry about walking around outside when its gross to do laundry :)

We do share utilities (power/gas/internet) and that can be able 50-100 a month depending on usage.

About the Roommates:

We are two gay guys in our 20s-30s who are searching for someone who is respectful, clean, pays rent on time ;), and also can be fun! We are mostly keep to ourselves but like to go out and have a good time as well.

Misc Info:

I of course prefer a longer term roommate. The period currently for this listing is March 1st 2026 through Feb 28th 2027 with the option to join the lease at that point! I do ask that you sign a roommate agreement, basically outlining the amount agreed to pay beforehand.
