The Apartment

* Elevator building
* First-floor apartment in the back of the building, so it’s nice and quiet

I’m looking for someone to fill the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment. We share the kitchen and living room, but it’s a great layout with plenty of space for two people. I’ve lived here for 6 years and absolutely love both the apartment and the neighborhood.

About Me:
I’m an LGBTQ+ professional who’s lived in Hell’s Kitchen for 6 years (10 years in NYC). Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the gym, trying new restaurants, hanging out with friends, or enjoying everything the city has to offer. I’m social but also appreciate having a clean, comfortable home to come back to.

I’m pretty laid-back when it comes to living with a roommate. I just ask for the basics: clean up after yourself, keep the noise down on weeknights, and don’t help yourself to someone else’s food or drinks. Pretty standard roommate etiquette. 🙂

Wi-Fi and electricity are split each month.
