Master Bedroom, stunning penthouse apartment

Hi,

Master bedroom available in penthouse floor apartment of luxury building. My roommate is moving out of the city, so I am looking for somebody to take his place for the lease renewal from the start of December, as this apartment is too good to let go! If you wish, I?m sure there wouldn?t be an issue for you to move in earlier than Dec 1. The apartment has copious amounts of space and an enviable amount of natural light, as you have high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Stunning views throughout the apartment! The bedroom available has lots of space and a built in wardrobe. Kitchen has all the usual, microwave/oven/dishwasher/fridge-freezer. Massive living space, with currently minimalist d?cor (open to some d?cor improvement suggestions). Utilities not included, but Wi-Fi/electricity only come to ~$75 a month. Officially it?s a 1 bed flex (2 bedrooms), but certainly a lot more space than your usual flex.

The building itself has amazing facilities, including a rooftop with views over the whole city as well as Jersey/Hudson river. Great place to entertain friends, and always new people there to meet! We have a huge gym, which I arguably find just as good as equinox for equipment. Pool table/social rooms, 24 hour doorman and laundry in building. Easy to get around, with multiple subway stations close by, Citibike station outside the front door and 5-10 min walk to the Westside highway.

About me, I moved over from London just over a year ago. I work in finance and play for a soccer team. Clean/tidy and respectful. Have my own social groups, but it would always be a bonus to have a new roommate to socialise with too. Would require proof of income/employment for new lease application. Ideally need to sign by end of the month. As you might be able to tell, I love this apartment and really do wish to stay!
