Large Room With Private Bathroom!

Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a professional to take over our third roommate's lease which ends on August 2021 (started in Aug 2019). Our place is nestled in the heart of Hell's Kitchen with the A, C, E line around the corner which is very convenient and connects to most lines. The apartment unit is a 3 bed/ 3 bath inside a private boutique walk up. The entire complex was renovated last year, and we were the first to move in. It's an amazing find that offers a private balcony, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, electric fireplace, and a modern look. Your bedroom is conveniently located towards the back of the unit and has its own private bathroom and a nice sized closet.

Rent is $1933.50 a month plus bills (electricity and internet) and the security deposit is $1,950. You will get the security deposit back at the end of the lease. Our landlord requires the following documentation: a credit report (personally provided or landlord can provide), pay stub or letter of employment, and your two most recent bank statements (first page only).

If you are looking for a furnished bedroom, the roommate leaving is willing to leave her bed, desk, and dresser for a fee of $700. There is a chandelier fixture in the bedroom that will be replaced with the original light fixture unless you are willing to purchase. The roommate leaving can also move out whenever you would need.

Both your future roommates are female professionals (28 & 29). As roommates we like to hang out, share a bottle of wine, and sometimes spend a night out. We also respect each other's personal space and time.
