Boutique Walk in Hell's Kitchen

Currently looking for a professional female or male to take over my lease which ends on Aug 2021 (started in Aug 2019). Our place is nestled in the heart of Hell's Kitchen with the A, C, E line around the corner. It is super convenient and connects to most lines. We are also surrounded by an endless amount of restaurants and shops. The apartment unit is a 3 bed/ 3 bath inside a private boutique walk up. It was completely renovated last year and we were the first to move in. It offers a private balcony, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge, electric fireplace, and a modern look. My bedroom is conveniently located towards the back of our unit so, it's away from the street traffic. This is perfect for a light sleeper. It also has it's own bathroom (as do all the others) and a nice sized closet. I currently have a queen bed, desk, and armoire with space to spare. There's lots of potential with your furniture in there. I have a flexible move out date. If you are looking for a furnished bedroom, I would be glad to leave my furniture behind for a fee. The chandelier in the room is mine and will be replaced for the original light fixture.

My roommates are amazing! Both are female professionals. One is 28 and the other is 29. To give you an idea of what our lifestyle is like- we like to hang out and watch TV together, share a bottle of wine occasionally, go out together but, also do our own thing. It would be nice if whoever moved in was interested in that type of thing. My roommates are fun, easy going, and clean.
