Looking for Female Roommate in Living Room Flex

Hi, I?m looking for a female roommate to fill the living room flex bedroom. The living room will be split in half to a flex bedroom / common area. The flex wall will be a bookcase wall. This unit has extra tall ceilings for an incredibly airy feel and is in a luxury doorman high-rise building in Midtown West. The building itself is amazing. Great common spaces, facilities, attentive staff, etc. It?s a short walking distance to many subway stops, Port Authority, Hudson Yards, and much more.

I?m looking a respectful and considerate female roommate to fill the flex room in this apartment. No furniture besides your own for the flex bedroom would be needed as you are welcome to share all of my common area furniture, tools, appliances (toaster over, water boiler, pots & pans, nespresso), etc. :) I?m generally quiet and very clean. As long as we can communicate and work as a team through anything, I?d love to discuss the possibility of rooming!

Note: The bookshelf wall does not extend to the ceiling, so there will be noise pollution while you are in common areas and there will be cooperation requested on this front.
