Large, bright, furnished room $1700 (Midtown West)

I am looking to rent out a bright and furnished bedroom at my apartment in Hell's Kitchen. The rent will be $1,700 per month plus shared utilities - we are only responsible for electricity. The available room is in a two bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment on the 12th floor, with a great view.
Building: The apartment complex was built 8 years ago so everything is quite new and well maintained. There are two elevators in our buildings, as well as a mail-room and laundry room on the ground floor. The front desk of our community is located in the building next door - all deliveries are brought to the front desk and are held there for pickup.
Location: The closest subway station is 2 blocks away (the A-C-E line), the M11 bus to uptown is on the corner, and the crosstown M42 is 2 streets away. Times Square station is a 12 min walk from our building.
We are in the center of Hell's Kitchen so there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. There is a supermarket down the street, as well as a pop-up farmers market with fresh vegetables. The place is 2 blocks away from the Hudson River Greenway - the perfect place for your daily jog or weekend leisurely bike ride. The complex is also a short walk away from the start of The High Line.
Apartment/Room: The apartment is furnished with like-new appliances such as a dishwasher, a microwave, a stove, and a full-sized fridge. The kitchen which is fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware, and will be shared between you and myself. The bedroom will come furnished with two large wardrobes, a couch that unfolds into a bed, plenty of storage space and shelves, a flat screen TV, and a coffee table. There are also two sweet cats that are living in the apartment.
You: I am looking for a mature roommate that has a full-time job with a stable source of income. We will be sharing this apartment and I would like to live with a person who is respectful of other people's time, space, and property. Everything in the house will be furnished so I need someone who will take care of everything as if it were their own. Ideally you like animals and would enjoy having a cat curled up next to you. It is also important to me that we be able to communicate about things that may come up so that we are both comfortable living in the same space. Me: I am a professional in my 40's, currently working from home. I enjoy grabbing a nice dinner with my friends or escaping the city to go mushroom picking. I love the opera, ballet and Broadway plays. I also enjoy biking when the weather permits and skiing in the winter. I love my home but I do not really spend a lot of time inside. Occasionally I will invite a friend or two for dinner at the apartment, but no parties. I don't cook a lot so there is a lot of fridge space. I like to keep my space clean, I typically do a light tidy up every few days to make sure the space looks nice.
