available from 12.20-1.26?This is a 2b2b apartment. But I am only renting the living room. I used a large curtain (room divider) to divide this living room from the kitchen and the hallway. It is a really big room and I have all the furniture you will need: a queen-size bed, a desk, a chair, a carpet, and a closet, AC, and more. You are going to have a shared bathroom. However, I am not sure whether my roommate is going to rent her room or not. If she did not rent her room to others, you will not need to share it with others then. You are free to use the kitchen too! All the utilities are included in your monthly rent.

This apartment is at 520 West 43rd Street. It is in Hell's Kitchen, so there are lots of good restaurants and bars around. You can walk 9 minutes to the closest subway station "42nd - port authority", and it has lines ACE, NQRW, 1237. Also, 9 minutes walk to Times Square, AMC Empire 25, etc. A really big grocery store "Food Emporium" and "Little Pie Company" are just 1 block away! This neighborhood is quiet and nice, and you always can see many people walk their dogs!
