Spacious private room available in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of Harlem. The room is bright, comfortable, and gets plenty of natural light throughout the day. It has enough space for a full or queen-size bed along with additional furniture, and it includes a very large closet with plenty of storage. One of the biggest perks is that the room comes with its own private bathroom, so you won’t have to share a bathroom with the other tenants.

The apartment is in a great Harlem location with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, shopping, nightlife, and neighborhood essentials. I’ve lived in the neighborhood since 2015 and really enjoy the area. Some of my favorite nearby food spots include Sylvia’s Restaurant, Red Rooster, and Cucina Italian Tavern. For live music and nightlife, Shrine World Music Venue is one of my favorite places. All of these are within walking distance of the apartment, along with plenty of other great local businesses and places to explore. Harlem has a great mix of culture, food, music, convenience, and neighborhood energy.

The room is ideal for someone who wants a comfortable, private space while still being close to everything the neighborhood has to offer. The apartment has hardwood floors and a spacious layout, and the room itself feels open and roomy rather than cramped.

Rent is $350 per week, and the security deposit is $700. Move-in requires the $700 deposit plus the first week’s rent.

House rules are important: no smoking indoors, no pets, and no guests. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, quiet, responsible, and considerate of the shared living space.
