The apartment is pretty big for NYC, especially for the price. I also have a video from when I toured — the previous residents were still living there, so I’m only sharing it privately out of respect for their privacy. Happy to send it to anyone interested!

About Me

I’m 28, recently finished my MA at Columbia, and work at a nonprofit in Midtown on a hybrid schedule. I’m a homebody at heart. I joke that I’m slowly trying to find my personality post grad school, now that I actually have time for hobbies. So far, I got really into Love Island and rediscovered my passion for hating men on reality TV. I like keeping a clean, tidy space, but I want it to feel warm and lived-in too, not sterile.

I’d love to live with someone who wants to be friends — someone who’ll chat about their day, occasionally hang out, or do a craft/bake/movie night together.

That said, I’m also very respectful of personal space and am totally happy to coexist when we’re doing our own thing.

A quick note on the lease: This would be a yearlong lease with both roommates officially on the lease, so the building requires the standard application documents/income verification from the incoming roommate. Happy to explain the requirements!
