Looking For 2 Female Roomies!!

Hi everyone,
My name is BreeAnn! My roommate Mary and I are looking for 2 new roommates for our Harlem apt- 1 year lease beginning on September 1st! It’s a very spacious 4 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms and lots of space for storage, 3 closets in the common area, 2 in 3 bedrooms and 1 in the last with washer/dryer and dishwasher as well.

It’s a 5 minute walk from the 135th stop on the 2/3 and a 10 min walk away from the 135th stop on the B/C.

We are looking to find girls for the larger 2 rooms, in the ~1,300 range. You must be able to be on the lease! Good credit score, solid bank statements, making 40x your rent, yada yada.

I work full time in the service industry and Mary is a teacher. We are looking for other professionals who are clean and communicative! We love to hang out, craft, yap and have a drink- but are respectful of each other’s space and home! We are communicative when inviting guests / hosting people. We use a cleaning chart and will figure out a way together to split up buying household items.

The apartment is ~mostly~ furnished, our current roommate will likely take the living room TV and couch so we will be on the hunt for those. We will definitely want to meet you and discuss arrangements before deciding, as well as give you a chance to see the place in person and you’ll have to go through all the clearances w the management company.
