The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, all electric stove, and central AC/Heat. Located on the 3rd floor of a walk up and has immediate access to the shared rooftop.

Only 3 units in the apt, so each one has its own floor. Friendly neighbors (no stolen packages) and friendly neighborhood. The only utilities are electricity (ConEd) and internet and it’s usually split between us 2. (alongside any house/cleaning supplies)

It's Central Harlem so you're equally 7 minutes to the ABCD and the 1/2/3 & a 15 min walk from the Metro North and 4/5/6 (You’ll always find a way home). You have Target, TJ's and Whole Foods at a 5 min walk on 125th st along with many more stores. There’s a a Pure gym, Planet fitness, Fitness factory and NYSC within .4 miles from the apt.

Notable spots: Magic Johnson AMC theater, Apollo theater, Studio Museum , Red Rooter, Sylvia’s and a variety of other restaurants.

About me: I’m a very chill person who loves to cook (which will easily benefit you😊). I work as an analyst and WFH 3x a week (in my room) and I’m very friendly and easy-going. I’m a clean person and I’m looking for someone who is equally as respectful and caring about the place. It’s a shared apartment so the goal is to make the place your home as well!

I have two amazingly friendly cats that I groom and clean up after consistently who will get along with other cats and people. (they have never hissed and will likely ask you to pick them up and play with them). I have an automatic litter box so the house always smells good (you can’t tell cats live here). I’m also open to any redecoration suggestions!
