Large room in 2 bed 1 bath apartment

Hiii! I’m looking to sublease my bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. $1600 plus utilities: gas, electric, and wifi (water is provided) monthly average for utilities is never more than $95. Can possibly be flexible with the monthly! Move in would be August 1st but can also be flexible with that. Sublease would be until Feb 1 where you could then sign on to the lease 💕

The bedroom is the largest of the two, currently has a queen size bed but could easily fit larger, has a lot of space and a large closet, a lot of natural light, and windows face backyard 💕

The apartment is located on the third floor in a very charming building with only 4 units in total in the building. Everyone in the building is very nice and very quiet. The management is very nice and responsive to tenant needs. The building faces a park across the street so the living room also gets a ton of natural light!

The apartment is perfectly positioned between train stops:
- 5min walk to 1 train at 137/Broadway
- 5min walk to 1 train at 145/Broadway
-12min walk to A, C, B, D trains at 145/St Nicholas
- and of course all of the bus stops
- if you’re a Columbia student you also have access to the shuttle lines!

My other roommate Shawnessi is AMAZING! She works in luxury retail and is a designer (currently reupholstering the couch) and has two adorable little dogs! The dogs are very quiet, hypoallergenic, and mostly stay in the room.

Honestly this apartment is such a unicorn and so is my roommate. Only subleasing because I’m going to grad school. I think it’s perfect for Columbia students/employees, Columbia Medical Campus students/employees, CUNY students/employees, NYP, etc etc. Look forward to hearing from you! 💕
