-> The available room gets a ton of sunlight and has two large closets.
-> The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and ample counter space to cook.
-> There is no in-unit laundry, but there are laundromats close by.

👤 About the Setup & Me:
I am a PhD student, so my routine mostly consists of working, cooking, and sleeping.

My brother is currently sharing my room with me. Because we sometimes use the living room as a work-from-home space (no one sleeps there!), I am paying an extra $200 toward the rent while he is here to keep things fair. Once he moves out, the rent will return to an even split. I'm happy to chat more about the exact setup when we connect!

We are both quiet and low-key, and keep the shared spaces clean, always making sure to tidy up the kitchen and bathroom immediately after use.
