Spacious room in 2 bedroom apt

Hi, I am looking for a new roommate to move in by July 10th and to stay for at least 3 months (preferably a year). To move in you will need to provide deposit $1500(price of one months rent) and one months rent $1500. The monthly utilities split range from $70-80 per person depending on the season.

I have lived in the apartment for a year now and I love it here. The building is pre war with an elevator and laundry in the building. Clean and well maintained entryway. The building is right across from Central Park, walking distance to 2/3, B/C and 6 trains and plenty of busses. Nearby grocery, deli and pharmacy. We are very close to Colombia so students are welcome!

We will share a kitchen, bathroom and living room. The room is unfurnished, quiet, spacious, bright and large enough for a full size bed, desk, dresser, or anything else you may need. There are two large closets and nice windows. The French doors are painted white for privacy, our room walls are also separated by the bathroom for further feeling of privacy.

Type of roommate I am looking for:
A woman. Clean, we will be cleaning the apartment on at least a bi-weekly basis, on a day that works for both of us, and keeping things clean in between then. No pets of your own but okay with a cat, I have a tuxedo cat named Frankie, he is chill and clean but he doesn’t like other cats usually. You agree to not wear outside shoes in the house. No smoking inside of the apartment. Friends/family/partners can visit and with boundaries we figure out between us.

About me:
I am a young woman, new grad who studied computer science and plan to stay in the city for work. I try to spend most time outside of the house but it is very important to me to come home to a clean, warm, peaceful environment. I like to host friends at the apartment on occasion for little gatherings that involve good food, games, and chatting. I like cooking, coffee, caring for my plants, going for walks, playing pickleball or trying new food in the city. Sometimes my sister, family or friends will visit on the weekends.
