Looking for ONE roommate that can pay $2k and get two rooms (one larger, one smaller). Feel free to use the smaller room as a home office. I can share video upon request!

This is a 3 bedroom, one bathroom apartment located in West Harlem, within walking distance to The City College and Columbia. We have the local 1 train, and ABCD trains that are about a 7 minute walk.

Lots of great lighting in the living room and spacious, living room and kitchen is fully furnished and all renovated by the owner. Laundry is right across the street and local grocery stores, bars and a variety of restaurants.

Looking for a roommate who is able to clean up after themselves, respect the 11PM minimal noise rule, pay rent on time and no smoking inside the house!

It is $2,000 in total for both rooms! I have lived in this neighborhood for years, I’m an active member of the community gardens and want to have a calm, respectful living space. I work in the mornings and want to share this apartment with only 1 other person.

Move in date: August 1st or potentially July 1st!
