Looking for a roommate to share a bright, spacious apartment that I've called home for the past three years. My current roommate is moving on, and I'd love to find someone solid to sign a new 12-month lease together.

About me:
I'm a gay guy in my 30s and a flight attendant with Delta, so I travel frequently and am away several days a week. When I'm home, I'm pretty low-key — I like to work out, read, write, and get outdoors. I keep the apartment clean and respect shared space. I'm easy to live with and not looking for a best friend situation, just someone considerate and communicative.

What I'm looking for:
Ideally another guy who is LGBT or LGBT-friendly, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Someone who can apply for and co-sign a 12-month lease. If you're working, studying, or doing your own thing and just want a comfortable, drama-free home to come back to — we'll probably get along great.
