Hi! I’m a Columbia student subleasing my private room in a clean, bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment right on Central Park North (110th St). I’m heading home mid-June, so the room is available from June 17 to July 31 2026 at $2,200/month.
The apartment is super convenient and well-maintained. We’re both very clean, so everything stays tidy. You’ll have one chill 21-year-old male roommate staying (me leaving). The room itself has a queen bed (great if you’re coming as a pair) and is currently furnished, but the apartment must be returned unfurnished at the end of the sublease - would be happy to share more details on this!

15 minutes walk to Columbia University (I usually bike it in 4 minutes)
