Cozy BR in Sun-filled Apt (Harlem/Morningside)

The room is a great size and currently includes a daybed that converts into a full-sized bed, a roomy closet with additional storage, and a desk that can either stay or be removed depending on your needs. The apartment faces southwest, so it gets beautiful natural light throughout the day. It’s located on the 5th floor and features a large kitchen and the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer.

A bit about me: I’m a late-30s, born-and-raised New Yorker working at a nonprofit. I’m in the office three days a week and work from home the other two. I share the space with my senior dog, who’s very sweet, quiet, and loves to snuggle. Weekdays are pretty low-key, and on weekends we’re usually out and about with friends and family.

Looking for someone who’s respectful, considerate, and generally on the quieter side. You don’t need to help with the dog at all, but being a dog lover is a must.
