Looking for someone to renew a 1-year lease with me starting May 27, 2026, for a beautiful, brand-new two-bedroom, one-bath apartment on W 125th St in West Harlem. It’s right next to Marcus Garvey Park and 1.2 miles from Columbia.

The bedroom is fully furnished and currently set up with a full-size bed and a chair, but it can comfortably fit a queen-size bed and other furnitures (setup for my room). It can also be unfurnished.

 📅 New lease start date: May 27, 2026.
 💵 Rent: $1,850 + utilities ($50 for internet; electricity is about $160 in peak summer, split between two people)
 
 The Apartment:
 - Located on the 6th floor of a brand-new building (built in 2020)  with two elevators.
 - Half a block away from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, 2/3 subway stock. 10 mins walk to A/B/C/D, 4/5/6, and Harlem 125 / Metro North Train station. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and jazz clubs nearby.
 - Modern fixtures (kitchen, bathroom and AC).
 - Fully furnished! I have everything so you just need to bring your clothes. 
 - You'll be sharing the apartment with me (male, 31, works in finance in FiDi) who is quite, clean, and respective. I work full time (sometimes from home), and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule with my previous roommates. I went to Columbia and have lived in this area for the past 5 years or so and really love it! I’m open to living with anyone, regardless of gender, nationality, ethnicity, age, religion, political beliefs, or sexuality, as long as there is a good, respectful vibe.
