The apartment is on Adam Clayton Powell Blvd and 141st street, a 10-12 minute walk from the A, B, C, D,2, and 3 subway lines and 2 minute walk from the M1, M2, M7, and M102 bus lines. The space is a second floor walk-up and has an in-unit washer/dryer, small dishwasher, and air conditioning. The available room has ample space for a Twin XL bed and desk. There has been no issues with personal safety or pests since I have lived there.

Nearby amenities include 5/10 minute proximity to 3 grocery stores, Duane Reade, Jackie Robinson Park, St. Nicholas Park, and Countee Cullen library. There are many places to eat and listen to live music close-by, especially getting closer to 125th street.

My roommates are friendly, outgoing people who enjoy live music, singing, and dance as primary hobbies. They are clean and reasonably neat. One roommate is POC and the other is White. They are both LGTBQ+ friendly, and open to partners visiting within reason.
