I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a $1500/mth 1 bed/private bath in a 3 bd/2 bath apartment close to the express 125th street ACBD train stop.

About the apartment: I’ve happily lived there for five years and am moving out to live with my partner. There are two other female young professionals living there (both are super sweet) and their very silly cat. As he is a recent rescue, he would prefer to be the only furry friend in the home. There is a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer.

The room is furnished with two bookcases, a desk and a full bed.
