The room is equipped with a Full-sized bed, desk, chair, and Additionally, a large dresser a storage rack are provided for clothing and footwear. Shared access to kitchen and bathroom facilities is included. Utilities and Wi-Fi are incorporated in the rental agreement.

We are seeking a financially responsible individual with a proven record of consistent rental payments. Adherence to cleanliness standards and responsible conduct is expected in the shared kitchen and bathroom areas.

The apartment is situated in a desirable, tree-lined neighborhood, offering convenient access to both express and local public transportation, as well as a variety of amenities, including retail establishments, fitness centers, supermarkets, dining options, coffee shops, and laundry services.
