Harlem Apartment Room Available Access to 1/A/B/CD

Hello NYC! My friend Peyton and I are looking for a third roommate to join us on April 1st and take a sub lease in for a room in our 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Harlem. The apartment will be mostly furnished upon move in as Peyton and I are both moving in on the 1st. The room available is pictured and would be $1200 a month with a $1200 deposit both due on April 1st. Located close to the 125th street 1 and ABCD Stations. Laundry in Unit! I’m Mike! 33 years old originally from Long Island and I have been living in Brooklyn since 2020. I work as a retail assistant manager and also a free lance photographer. (sometimes I may use the apartment for studio space but with heads up notice!) I enjoy art galleries, museums, fashion, outdoor time, music, restaurants, nightlife and a great happy hour! Very friendly with roommates and would love to become friends and share our common area as we spend time together! Work sporadic hours and weeks so I do ask for minimal gatherings at the apartment weekends and preferably with advance notice but, super fine with it overall!

Howdy!! My name is Peyton, I am 28, originally from Texas, I’ve lived in New York for 2 and a half years and I work for a lingerie company in midtown. I have 2 cats, I love fashion, cooking, concerts/shows/nightlife, and good movie or book. Love grabbing a happy hour, too.
