Seeking a respectful tenant for this spacious, fully furnished bedroom in a relaxed 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in central Harlem available starting April 1st, 2026! I'll be moving out of this lovely room for work in late March and am helping my roommates search for a new tenant.

This room will be available for up to 12 months from April 1st, 2026 (with an option to renew), though shorter options are welcome. Preference will be given to those who can move in on/around April 1st, 2026, but we can be flexible with other move-in dates before or after.

APARTMENT DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
- The bedroom is 14.5' x 9' (plus additional space for a small alcove and closet) and comes furnished with a full-sized bed frame + mattress, a nightstand with drawers, a desk with shelving, a swivel chair, a TV screen, a clothing rack/linen shelf, and an AC unit.
- The furnished living room (containing a couch, dining table, and small TV), kitchen, and bathroom are shared with three roommates who work outside the apartment. All roommates are friendly and generally keep to themselves. Having overnight guests is generally ok.
- In-unit laundry (combo washer-dryer) and dishwasher located in kitchen.
- This is a fifth floor apartment; the building has an elevator.

NEIGHBORHOOD AND NEARBY TRANSIT:
- Located on residential street within short walking distance of multiple grocery stores, eateries, and laundromats (if needed for heavier duty loads). Also close to Harlem Hospital, a post office, and public library branch.
- Closest subway stations are 145th St (3 train, 7 minute walk) and 135th St (2/3 trains, 9 minute walk), with Midtown Manhattan about a 25-30 minute ride away during the day.
- Other subway stations within 10-20 minute walking distance include 135th St (C/B trains) and 145th St (A/C/B/D trains). You can also cross into the Bronx to reach 149th St - Grand Concourse (2/4/5 trains).
- Nearby bus lines (in order of proximity): M2, M1, M7, M102, Bx19, M10, M3, Bx33.

COSTS:
- Rent is $950/month and covers water and heating.
- There are additional monthly bills for internet and electricity split evenly among the roommates; per person, internet costs $20/month while the electric bill varies depending on consumption.

- All rent and bill payments would be paid to Will, the roommate who holds the lease.
