Bedroom available in a roomy 3 bed / 1 bath apartment with washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Elevator building.
Room comes with a full bed + clean bedding, desk with monitor & keyboard, nightstand, shelving, dresser, Samsung 43” smart TV, Phillips Hue smart lighting, and a big in-wall closet that fits suitcases, winter coats, shoes, and emotional baggage (kidding—please keep that light).

You’ll live with two Vietnamese professional women in marketing and fashion/beauty. We’re clean but not obsessive. Our third roommate escaped to Vietnam for the winter (smart move), so the room is available temporarily. Prefer female or gay roommate, but open to a respectful, tidy guy.

Location is very convenient:
ABCD express is steps away. 5 min to Columbus Circle, 8 min to Times Sq/Bryant Park, 10 min to Penn Station. Close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, Central Park, gyms, restaurants, bars, and a dangerously good wine shop run by two French-accented gentlemen.
