Big furnished room in large 3 bedroom in Harlem

Large furnished bedroom is available in our extra large 3 bedroom apt in Harlem. The apartment is pretty awesome and big for nyc. There is a 10ft projector screen in the living room and an eat in kitchen. The rent is $1200 a month, we split the utilities and there is everything you'd need nearby - Laundry, supermarket, restaurants, bars, you name it. We are right near the A/B/C/D and 2/3 trains. Will need one months deposit plus first months rent and are open to short term temps and month to monthers. The room can be emptied if you have your own bed and belongings but otherwise there's a bed, dresser, desk and little table in there.

About us, I'm a 48 yr old guy working as a musician and in TV production/catering and the other roommate is a 27 yr old guy who works as a teacher and in grad school. We're pretty laid back and looking for someone easy going but responsible.
