Subletting cozy room in Harlem 12/24-01/18

I‘m subletting my spacious and cozy room in our Harlem based apartment between December 24th and January 18th. As this is not a full month I was thinking maybe 1000$! But we can talk about the price depending on the dates! I‘m looking for someone considered who takes good care of the furniture in my room and of the common spaces. The room has a built in wardrobe and a dresser, a bed and a small table (see also pictures). There is a fully functional kitchen you are welcome to use, and a shared living room. Happy to give you a video tour if you’re interested. It‘s a gay household, so please only LGBTQ+ friendly requests :)
