Spacious and quiet private room available in a well-kept apartment located literally steps (12 seconds on foot) from 125th Street station (A, B, C, D lines) — no street to cross at all. All express trains stop here, allowing extremely fast access to downtown Manhattan.

The room features very high ceilings (~20 ft / 6 meters), a large built-in storage space, and a 2-meter hanging rail with plenty of hangers. The room is fully furnished and includes a queen-size bed, a desk, a chair, a bedside table with drawers and storage, and a shelving unit, making it immediately ready to move in. The apartment includes a bathtub, in-building washer and dryer, and a large shared living room. The landlord stays in the living room only once every 2–3 months when in New York for work.

Monthly rent is $1800 all included (rent + utilities + internet).

The building has a private backyard with children’s play structures, which also works perfectly for pull-ups or light workouts.
