Apartment is on second floor of a beautiful brownstone in Historic Harlem. Only four units in the building, one of which is the landlord's vacation spot so it is rarely occupied. Neighbors in the building are friendly, as are other neighbors who live nearby!

Pulldown but comfy double size futon. This "artsy" bedroom is small, long and narrow. But as far as NYC apartments go, this is likely one of the best you will find. Incredibly spacious Harlem brownstone with a glorious living room and bathroom, and a furry little friend who will immediately warm up to you! Sheets, towels, blankets, pillows provided if needed, and laundered monthly. TV with Netflix included in your room (and a fire stick for your other accounts).

Vibrant neighborhood. 10 minute walk to Central Park and Apollo Theater, Whole Foods and Trader Joes 5 blocks away, tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, live music venues, etc. Public transportation options close and numerous.
