About the Apartment:

The room is a good size, can comfortably fit a full size bed and has a built-in AC/heating unit. The apartment has a full kitchen, shared living space and a nice backyard. Building has an elevator, video intercom system and laundry in the basement. Location is super convenient and is within short walking distance of the 2/3, A/C/B/D and 4/5/6 trains, as well as plenty of shopping (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Target, CVS etc.)

The rent is 1250/month, not including electric/internet which average around 100-150/month per person. There’s also a security deposit of 1250. Move in date is flexible, ideally ASAP. You’d be added to the lease and will be expected to provide ID, social, proof of income and credit to the building management. The lease ends Nov. 1st with the option to renew if things work out.

About Me:

39/F who has been in NYC a combined total of 12 years and lived in this apartment since 2021. I work remote full time in animation, so I’m at home most of the time. I’m friendly but also mostly keep to myself. My ideal roommate situation is another woman professional who works outside the home (WFH definitely not a dealbreaker though) and is respectful and communicative.
