2BD APT in west harlem

Hi! I know it’s early, but we are moving abroad and we thought we could post this now to get some feelers and help us define our dates. We are leaving our 2BD apartment in the west Harlem/ Hamilton heights border, 142nd st, close to St. Nicholas park and CUNY. Rent is 2600$, one month deposit, no commission, lease goes up to 3/31/2026 and there’s the possibility to take over pending management approval. Don’t know what the rent increase would be, but a qualified applicant would be able to find out. Standard application: 40x rent, good credit, etc. We really like the place, it has lots of light in the bedrooms, not so much in the kitchen or bathroom. Bed in the photos is a queen, for scale. Let me know if I forgot anything important and I’ll respond in comments or repost! We could discuss furniture with whomever takes over, selling pretty much everything before we go (not the cute cats nor bikes!)
