We have a room available to move into ASAP, $850/month.
The apartment is located in West Harlem: Broadway at 139th St. The room is unfurnished, it has a closet, and comes with a little fridge. Some furniture is available with no extra fee (bed frames, drawer chest, shelves).

There is easy access to transportation with the 1 train ("137th St") and cross-town buses. A Citibike location is the next block. It is just 10 min walk to City College and just a few stations away from Columbia University, New York Presbyterian Hospital, and Mount Sinai Morningside. There are supermarkets, bodegas, and restaurants nearby. We have a laundromat in the building, but I prefer to use the one in a couple of blocks. Riverbank State Park with an outdoor running track, outdoor/indoor swimming pool, basketball field, and tennis courts are 5 minutes down the street.

Requirements: ID, last 2 pay stubs (or any other proof of income). First month's rent and security deposit to move in.

I am seeking mature, working people with a steady income. Students are welcome if have proof of income. Be friendly and very clean. This is a very respectful and drama-free environment. No pets, NO SMOKING of any kind because of allergies and asthma. No drugs ever!
