About Roommates:
Quiet people and out most of the day for school and work, so it will be very quiet if you work from home.
Artists - Time travelers (We love the 1960s to 80s). We’re fun and easygoing – Extremely focused on our personal practices
Two of us share a room, it is cozy (Not a couple)
We are maximalists and don't mind organized clutter
Flexible and Accommodating (not uptight about things! We’re relaxed, chill)
We are fine if you keep to yourself, but also very open to getting to know each other.

Pets - Not allowed by building + one of us is allergic
Couples are not allowed, the space isn't really suitable for more than 4 people total,
Some Utilities Included (We pay for Internet, Electricity, and Gas), Water and Heat Included in Rent

Please introduce yourself and give a short introduction about what you do and who you are
Also include a social if comfortable!
